SHIPPING

As soon as Poms Eyewear has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order, in the shortest possible time. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal and we appreciate your patience in these circumstances. Poms Eyewear's customer service team operates Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

Due to high trading and stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, Victoria - Please allow 3 - 5 days for your online order to be dispatched from our Head Office. All domestic orders are shipped via Express with Australia Post, once the order has left Head Office, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. For international orders, please allow 6 - 10 business days via DHL Express.

Delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local import taxes. Please note, that the payment of applicable local import taxes and duties are your responsibility. If applicable, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the amount owing to release your parcel. This process may delay the delivery time to you. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. In the event a customer refuses to accept a parcel due to import duties and taxes, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, customs charges and handling fees. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
